If you dislike Almond Milk, or Coconut Milk,  try Soy Milk, it is subtlety sweeter if you do not like a nutty taste to your drink or food.

Personally, when I first started drinking Soy Milk, I hated it. But then I discovered Vanilla Soy Milk, and I realized there was a whole different ball game. I chug down so many glasses that I should want to puke but I end up feeling great!

Unlike dairy milk, which is high in cholesterol and saturated fat, soy milk fat is mostly unsaturated with no cholesterol. This can improve your Blood Lipid Profile. A regular intake of soy can significantly lower you blood concentrations of triglyceride and low density lipoproteins and raise the level of high density lipoproteins.  Soy milk is a wonderful drink if you have high cholesterol or have a family history of coronary heart diseases.

Soy Milk can also help prevent Postmenopausal Syndromes, postmenopausal women have higher risks of heart disease, diabetes and obesity. They are also more vulnerable to depression, mood swings, insomnia and other psychological disorders.

The most important of all in my opinion, LOWERING OBESITY! Soy milk highers your metabolism which makes burning calories easier. Those who consume soy isoflavones, such a contained in soy milk helps in reducing waist circumference among obese and overweight individuals.
